FAQs

  • We will be handling our RSVPs online. Please RSVP here by February 14 ♥

  • Due to our venue’s limited capacity and restrictions, we’ve decided to keep the wedding weekend an adults-only event.

  • To get to Los Olivos, you can fly into Santa Barbara Airport (SBA), which is a 45 minutes drive to our venue or into Los Angeles Airport (LAX), which is a 3 hour drive. If you’re flying into LAX, you will want to rent a car.

If you’re staying at Mattei’s or Fess Parker, you will be able to walk to our wedding events. If you’re staying at the Santa Ynez Valley Marriott or Hampton Inn Buellton, you will be able to take a shuttle. If you are staying elsewhere, you will need to coordinate transportation on your own. Parking is limited in downtown Los Olivos.

  • The wedding will be California Black Tie. Think long or floor length dresses and dark suits or tuxedos.

Friday’s event will be semi-formal. Due to the venue, we recommend you avoid stilettos for the welcome party.

  • We’re so glad you asked! We love Los Olivos — we have done extensive “research” and have tons of suggestions! See them here.

Of course, Friday and Saturday’s events will have plenty of food and drink. As is customary, we may have over-ordered :)

  • Absolutely! Closer to the event, we will be sending out a form to collect your menu order along with questions surrounding any dietary needs you may have.

  • Historically, Los Olivos is sunny and in the low 70s by day and much chillier at night.

Our wedding ceremony and dinner will be outside and we will head inside for the reception shortly after sunset. While we will have heaters, we recommend you bring a jacket or shawl.

Friday’s event is in an indoor/outdoor space. We will have heaters here too but recommend you bring a warm layer.
